Preparation of the Ultra-Puls® Soldering bar

This soldering bar is known for a potential free soldering contact area, as the heating will work from the outside with an imprinted thick layer element. With the same method the temperature sensor for control and regulation has been constructed. We can recommend this especially with variing soldering duties, as you can work with cable connectors due to the 24V heating system, which simplifies exchange of the working parts.

Rotary Table

Rotary table for input of two working parts with corresponding box adjustment. In the outer position the components will be taken off resp. put into the shelve, while in the position behind the soldering process continues.

Automatic soldering depot control

Adjustable parameters for soldering depot control and sink in-path of the soldering bar into the melting soldering depot = optimal process security when soldering plated bands.

Soldering bar temperature control

With alarm- and interruption limit values.
During the heating process the actual measured soldering bar temperature will be software controlled with the adjusted nominal heating temperature and the results are monitored.
