Automatical output of customized product jigs

Sliding carriage will be moved automatically out of the system into load / unload position after successful soldering process (can only be ordered together with sliding carriage).

Customized Soldering Bar

We offer all requested sizes for special applications as well as the required profiles within the soldering bar for soldering plated bands.

Antistatic resp. ESD Package

All Acrylic glas panels are ESD capable or designed electric conductive. All mechanical components are grounded.

Hot bar protection device

Prevents contamination of soldering bar. Thus operating life of soldering bars can be extended considerably and service time for cleaning are not required. Beyond the soldering bar a tensioned capton foil is fixed. After a free adjustable number of soldering processes, the foil will be transportet automatically and motorized to the next spot (incl. 15 meters tension pulley).

Fluxpen Monitoring

Pre-tinn coated components require a qualified flux application prior to the soldering process. This option offers an optimum process security with manual application.

The use of the flux pin is monitored. The soldering process cannot be started prior to taking the flux pin from and returning it back to the fixture.

Camera Package

The adjustment of the printed circiut board to the foil (TAB) is very important for the soldering quality, especially with fine pitches.
Black and white camera with black and white monitor control the components in their input position. Adjustable fixation of the camera at the box. This option should be combined with the respective adjustable jigs input.
