Heat sealing HS - 40i
Because of its modular structure and customer
specific options, the HS-40i covers a wide range
of uses.
HS-40i regulates according to substratum:
- Time
- Temperature
- Pressure
The impulse heating enables handling at low temperatures. The standard sealing head can be fitted with up to two thermodes of different sizes: up to 250mm.
Safety and protection of the products against
damage is guaranteed by a thermally
conductive low voltage surge band with:
- Standard: as static band-lasts for up to 500 sealings
- Option: as an automatically adjustable band- in pieces or as complete strip (adjustable) among other features.
Our heat sealing is ideal for LCD production.
